Crazy Magical Love - Murray SawChuck + Dani Elizabeth

Murray SawChuck, aka. Murray The Magician is a stage illusionist, magician, comedian, actor, and host who is currently headlining at The Tropicana Resort & Casino, on the Las Vegas strip nightly. He is one of YouTube’s newest sensations with over 1 Billion online views [yeah, you read that correctly, thats BILLION with a "B"! ...impressive!!!] and 1.8 million subscribers. He is a regular guest star on History Channel’s “Pawn Stars” as a Magic Expert and has also been featured on over 20 Reality shows.

Dani Elizabeth is a professional dancer, choreographer, host, comedian, and actress born in Schenectady, New York. Danielle Elizabeth Flahive, the fun-loving host of the longest running burlesque show, Crazy Girls at Planet Hollywood. She is primarily known for staring in the last real Las Vegas Showgirl show, Jubilee at Bally’s Hotel, where she performed the last 4 years. Dani performed in it's final and last show, closing out the performance as the final cast.

Murray SawChuck and Dani Elizabeth are a Las Vegas showbiz power couple whose romance has been nothing but magical. When it comes to these two, let’s just say, "LOVE IS IN THE AIR"! This dynamic duo has made people believe in love again, especially when they hear about their marriage proposal on September 28th, 2020, when Murray popped the question to Dani.

“It was our 3 year anniversary and here we are, right smack dab in the middle of the pandemic. I assumed we were just spending the night with our pups in our favorite little cabin in Mt Charleston to celebrate our relationship and love”, explains Dani. That they did, but as per usual, Murray had some magic up his sleeve… Murray had been on a Cracker Jack kick for a couple of months. “A couple times a day for weeks on end, he’d get another box and would be munching away. I figured he was on a ‘new snack kick’ or something”, Dani mentions.

Low and behold, there was a method to Murray's madness to his day-in and day-out snack attacks. While relaxing in their cabin, they get out their snacks and have a glass of wine. Murray of course goes for a box of Cracker Jack. Five minutes into eating, he asks Dani if she would like the prize. Dani, says yes though assuming it’s a sticker as it has been every other time. She pulls it out of the box and immediately gets excited. Not because she knows she’s about to be proposed to but because she honestly thinks they got the one box with a real toy prize in it. As she opens the prize package that Murray had resealed, he gets down on one knee and pops the question.

“It was the last thing I would have expected, especially during Covid times and us not working much since March, so when he asked me all I could say is, “Is this for real?” and then I quickly realized it was and responded with a YES of course. I knew I wanted to marry him when I first fell in love with him. Shhhh don’t tell him” Dani tells me with a giggle.

The sweetest part about this story is that Murray’s Dad, John, proposed to Murray’s Mom, Arlene on her 20th birthday, Oct 25th, 1960 the exact same way. [so lovely]
