How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We are capable of fulfilling your order within a few days, although we strongly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to accommodate our time-intensive production and planning.
Our busiest times are during holidays (non-inclusive, below) so it's best to get your request in as soon as possible, before we close the window for ordering.

What is the price difference between ECONOMY CLASS, BUSINESS CLASS and FIRST CLASS options?

I have added photo samples of basic, moderate and elaborate designs without colors, so it's easier to under the complexities.

Please note that each of our cookies are hand-baked and meticulously decorated. To ensure we can create something special just for you, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.

What if I have an order for over 100 cookies?

Don't call me 😂!
I'm actually serious. I do small-batch orders because, honestly, I'm retired and I don't want to work. I truly enjoy baking and decorating (well, decorating, not so much baking) but it's a LOT of work! It's extremely time-consuming just to do ONE dozen. I can't imagine being stressed out to make 10-plus dozen... heck, maybe one day I'll have this whole cookie-thing down to a science and I'll be bored baking just two or three dozen and I'll welcome huge orders, but right now? nope, I'm just getting settled into this cookie-life and I'm liking it just as it is...
...for now!

Question 4

I'm eloping to Las Vegas, can you ship my wedding and bachelorette party cookies there?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can! Just make sure you plan well in advance and give us an address where you can pick them up.

Check with your hotel but typically, Las Vegas Hotels will not accept packages on behalf of their guests.

Question 5

How many cookies are there per order?

Accepted Answer

When you order our decorated sugar cookies, you receive twelve cookies per order (one dozen). Our cookies are approximately 3 to 5 inches in size, depending on the designs chosen and approximately 1/4-inch thick. (non-inclusive of icing)

Question 6

How much do you charge for delivery to the Tucson area?

Accepted Answer

There will be a $15 fee to deliver to the Northern Tucson area (Marana, Red Rock, Oro Valley)

Question 7

How much do you charge for delivery to Phoenix?

Accepted Answer

Typically the charge to the Southern Phoenix area (Chandler, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan) etc. is $15.

Can you give me a reason to send/give customized cookies to someone?
